After completing your online purchase of a TLA program, you will gain access to your TLA | Required Registration Form file to download. This file can also be found in your confirmation email from Team Leader Academy, LLC. This file grants you access to complete your registration process and takes less than ten minutes.
All Payments must be made online through our website. In the event that is not possible, please contact our office at email@example.com.
NOT COMPLETING YOUR TLA REQUIRED REGISTRATION FORM (required) 48+ HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR TLA program.
Failure to complete and submit this form, 48+ hours prior to the start of your TLA program results in forfeit of your registration and all fees.
The sharing, recording, broadcasting or duplicating of any of the information contained in the course is expressly forbidden and unlawful and will constitute fraud and theft. Those associated with these acts will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Notification of cancelation must be received via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and confirmed with a phone call for the following refunds to apply (in the event the two conditions above are not met, there will be no refunds):
60+ days of notice - FULL REFUND
30-59 days notice - 50% REFUND / 50% CREDIT
15-29 days of notice - FULL CREDIT
0 - 14 days of notice - NO CREDIT / NO REFUNDS
In the event you are eligible for a credit based on the terms outlined above, the credit is only valid for 3-months of date issued.
Each TLA program is 100% virtual and each TLA program has a specific set of teams, agenda and unique curriculum. There are no make-up classes, credits or refunds for missed classes.
VIPs need their own reliable access to a smartphone, tablet or computer and a solid internet connection. Team Leader Academy, LLC is not responsible for poor connectivity or lost time from a TLA program due to connectivity issues.
In the rare event an Instructor is absent, Team Leader Academy will provide a highly qualified substitute who will ensure the proper continuity of VIPs. If a substitute Instructor is not available, make-up sessions will be provided within a week's time or your money will be refunded for the lost session time. Any unplanned teacher absences will be communicated via email.

We require no less than 4 VIPs to operate a course. Team Leader Academy, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue any class for which enrollment is insufficient to organize or continue. If this is the case, we will make every effort to notify registered students in a timely manner and will issue refunds as quickly as possible.
Only enrolled VIPs are authorized to attend the TLA program. In order to maintain an orderly and effective TLA program atmosphere, we require all VIPs to Participant Conduct Agreement.
PHOTO AND VIDEO:
All TLA Programs are recorded through the online video conferencing Zoom® platform. Team Leader Academy, LLC use these videos for training purposes only and they are never shared with outside entities, unless legally obligated to do so.
In the event that the participant associated with your account is expelled from the program due to their behavior, actions and/or decisions, no refunds will be provided. Parent or Legal Guardians associated with the account will be notified if their participant is expelled.
